The successful candidate will prepare learners for international proficiency tests and deliver high-quality language trainings tailored to adult learners — both onsite and online.

This is primarily a full-time position. However, depending on your profile and our current needs, part-time arrangements may be discussed during the interview stage. Please indicate your availability clearly in your cover letter.
Native fluency is not strictly required, but you must demonstrate near-native, high-level proficiency in both French and English — particularly in written and spoken formal registers. Evidence of this (certifications, prior teaching experience, etc.) should be included in your application.
A teaching certification (CELTA, DELTA, FLE, or equivalent) is preferred but not strictly mandatory if you have significant, demonstrable experience teaching adult learners. Please be thorough in your cover letter about your background and approach to teaching.

At this stage, we are primarily seeking candidates who can commit to onsite delivery in Yaoundé. Some online teaching components may be available, but the role is predominantly in-person. Remote-only arrangements are not currently on offer.
